Terms of Service – Sylvaris

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website sylvaris.digital and the provision of legal advisory services in the information technology sector by Sylvaris. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

'Services' means professional legal advisory sessions and consulting delivered by Sylvaris.
'Infoproducts' means digital publications, courses, or materials offered by Sylvaris for download or streaming.
'Goods' means physical items sold through our site.

3. Services

Sylvaris provides tailored legal advisory services to clients in the IT sector, including but not limited to compliance reviews, contract drafting, and strategic planning.

4. Infoproducts

Our infoproducts include digital guides, online courses, and webinars designed to help clients address legal topics relevant to technology initiatives.

5. Goods

Physical items such as manuals or branded merchandise may be offered. All goods are described with available specifications and imagery on the site.

6. Payment Terms

Payment of fees is due at the time of purchase or prior to service delivery, as indicated in the order process. Accepted methods will be displayed at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds for Services

Clients may cancel or request rescheduling of a booked advisory session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations submitted at least seven days prior to the session qualify for an 80% refund of the service fee, processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Requests received less than seven days before the session are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost if agreed by Sylvaris.

7.2 Refunds for Infoproducts

Due to the immediate access and nonreversible nature of digital downloads and streaming content, infoproduct purchases are nonrefundable once access is granted. Clients who have not accessed or downloaded the materials may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7.3 Refunds for Goods

Physical items may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Clients must notify Sylvaris and ship the items to the address below at their own cost. Once received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sylvaris applies reasonable care in service and product delivery, but does not guarantee outcomes. Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable order.
